I have registered but did not get the password eMail. What do I do?
One common reason people don't receive their generated password is because they have entered a fake eMail address. If this is the case, we are not interested in helping you.
Another common reason people may not get the eMail is most likely because of your spam filters. Check, your eMail program's Spam/bulk mail folder to see if there is an eMail from "Providings.com Website" in there.
If you do not find your eMail in your Spam/bulk mail folder and you used your real eMail address, use the password reminder tool to help recover your password. If this fails, please contact us.

Most likely you mistyped your username or password. It could also be possible that you have violated the Terms & Conditions.
Can I change my eMail and password?
After you login, you will see your name appear at the top of this site, just click on that and you can change your eMail and/or password.
How do I submit a link to a download?
After logging in, click on the Submit tab and follow the 3 steps on the page, its that simple!
In Step 1, you'll need to upload a graphic that relates to your item.
In Step 2, you can select the category and fully describe you item.
And in Step 3, you can place your download links and any related passwords or serial numbers.
Before you submit your item, we recommend you upload it to RapidShare and also to DepositFiles, then paste the download links they provide in to Step 3 on the Submit page.
If you want extra security, you can hide your download links and your identity by using SpeedyLink.net to make a tiny URL. Check it out and try it for yourself.

Go to that submission and you'll see a button that reads "EDIT". Simply click on that button and edit the text again.
